Traffic Generating Jumpstart

Wednesday, January 14th, 2009

Here are some step-by-step traffic-generating strategies for getting more traffic to your websites and blogs. Go to this blog post by Jeff Johnson and discover how to get some fast traffic to your offers: Traffic Getting Jumpstart

Jeff has started by adding a general outline and then he will come back and keep updating it with links to new videos and tutorials as he produces them… the videos and tutorials will walk you through the “traffic getting” strategies one-by-one .

This is the general process that Jeff personally uses to ramp up traffic on a new blog. I myself use a very similar process to drive traffic to my offers.

Jeff recommends:

a. Run a social bookmarking campaign on blog with one group of bookmarking accounts logins and at different times and days.

b. Create supporting micro-sites mini-network (social profile pages at squidoo, hubpages, bumpzee, and small static hand built sites).

c. Run a social bookmarking campaign on your micro-sites mini-network with a different set of bookmarking logins and at different times and days.

Create a video

a. Distribute video with video sharing software

b. Run a social bookmarking campaign on the videos sharing pages. (This Link is a PDF download)

Read Jeffs post and let me know if this helped you drive traffic to your offers.

Hub Pages

Tuesday, January 13th, 2009

HubPages are a way to get Free Targeted Traffic to your web sites.

HubPages can be placed into the web 2.0 craze, where user generated content is the in-thing. Getting visitors to interact with your content is what the whole web 2.0 concept is all about.

HubPages are being considered an authority site by Google. What does that mean? It means Google is ranking pages that are made on HubPages for competitive terms. Bringing a higher ranking for your HubPages in the Google search engine. Google indexes HubPages very quickly within 3 to 5 days.

By directly linking your HubPages to your website you are creating a backlink that counts to Google, further strengthening your website presence. This will increase your website traffic and generate more money for you in the long run. More prospects seeing your offer means more sales of your product over time.

Creating HubPages with good content should be a part of your overall web marketing campaign and promotional strategy. HubPages are another method of social networking you should be using to promote your products.

Social Networking is the future of the internet. This will work for any niche market.

This is still undiscovered internet territory. Most of your competitors are not on HubPages yet, so this is still a land grab.

Build a few HubPages around your keywords and start promoting your site today! What could this actual targeted traffic to your website mean for you?

Let me know how your own HubPages are doing for you.

Google Adwords

Saturday, January 10th, 2009

I want to ask you a question:

Do get tired of trying to find traffic for your affiliate
offers or products?

I’m guessing the answer was yes, because that seems to
be the #1 problem marketers face, especially those of us
who only promote other people’s products as affiliates.

The thing is, traffic is all around us and can be tapped
into within a heartbeat.

You can either write articles (which takes a good dose of
finger crunching and constant maintenance) or you can
just cut straight to the gravy train of Google Adwords
.

Now, you’re probably thinking:

“But Adwords is expensive” or “I don’t have a clue how
to…”

And I hear you. We’ve all responded like that in the past
and I know exactly where you’re coming from. However…

What if it truly didn’t have to be that way? What if you
COULD get cheaper clicks and make more sales? Would you at
least agree that traffic is no longer going to be a problem
for you?

If you can see the light, then you’ve probably jumped right
past one of the biggest hurdles online: Getting traffic.

And let me tell you, it gets a lot easier once you build
momentum and start making money from one profitable
campaign…

Why?

Because you can literally take all of your profits from one
campaign and start putting that into the next niche you
want to test, so it’s as good as free money to test the
waters ;-)

Get Traffic

How To Get More Traffic…

Traffic Generation is an absolute must for any product or service you want to sell. You must have a good steady stream of traffic to generate any income. There are hundreds of ways to generate traffic to your offers.  (Most of these traffic generation methods are covered in the Trafficnaire Membership!) Here are three of the easiest and fastest ways to get traffic.

1) Pay Per Click (PPC) - Google adwords is the most recognized PPC advertising service by far. Google Adwords is an advertising service that allows you to place ads on Google’s search engine results pages. You choose the keywords you want your ads to appear with and set a budget on how much you want to spend everyday. PPC will bring you a flow of targeted traffic instantly. This is an easy source of traffic, however it isn’t cheap. PPC is one of the most expensive types of traffic. Nevertheless, using PPC wisely will generate extremely targeted traffic to your offers.

2) Article Marketing - is an easy way to get traffic to your offers. Article Marketing is one of the best free methods for generating traffic. Write articles relating to your subject and post them on some of the article directories on the Internet. At the end of each article you can insert a bio and a link to your offer. If Article Marketing is done correctly it can send substantial amounts of traffic to your offers over a long period of time.

3) Forum Marketing - for any given product or service there are many forums with active readers contributing to those forums. Select a forum related to your subject and actively participate in that forum. You can insert your signature into your postings with a link to your offers, so that your link will appear every time you post to that forum. This traffic method is effective in generating targeted traffic to your offers.

P.S. I hope this post helps bring more traffic to your offers. Give me your opinions on the subject, I would like to read your comments.
